Your booth, your shop window

Trade show booth photographer in Montpellier

A booth takes weeks to prepare and only lives for a few days. The photos are what remains: for the exhibitor who wants to show it to their teams and clients, and for the booth builder who wants to add it to their references.

I photograph booths at trade shows and professional conferences in Montpellier and the South of France, the day before or early in the morning before opening, when the aisles are empty and the booth is perfect.

I work directly with exhibitors, booth builders and booth design agencies.

HDR and flambient: a high-end result

Every detail of the booth, clear and true to life

Exhibition halls mix daylight, neon and spotlights: the worst setup for a camera. For a balanced result, depending on the shooting conditions I use:

  • HDR : several exposures merged to keep detail in the dark areas as well as in the screens and lighting of the booth.
  • Flambient : a blend of ambient light and flash for accurate colours, crisp materials and a result close to architectural photography.
It is the most high-end option, when the time on site and and access to the booth allow it.

A concrete example: the Ferring booth at the Corum in Montpellier, where flambient was the answer to difficult hall lighting.

Colour isolation: your booth at the centre of the image

The rest of the show turns black and white

At a trade show, your booth is surrounded by other exhibitors. To draw the eye straight to yours, I offercolour isolation : your booth keeps its colours, everything around it turns black and white.

The result highlights your visual identity and gives instantly recognisable images, ideal for your posts, your brochures and your agency's portfolio.

Frequently asked questions

Booth photographer in Montpellier

Photographing a booth takes preparation: build times, hall access, mixed lighting. Here are the answers to the questions exhibitors and booth builders ask me most often.

To exhibitors who want to keep images of their booth for their communication, and to booth builders and design agencies who want to enrich their portfolio and their tender responses.

The day before opening or early in the morning, before visitors arrive, once the booth is finished. I need site access: an exhibitor or contractor badge, which the exhibitor or the agency can request from the organiser.

Depending on the time available and conditions on site: HDR to balance the hall lighting, flambient for a high-end result close to architectural photography, andcolour isolation to make your booth stand out in colour against a black and white show.

Within 72 working hours. Photos are delivered retouched, in high definition for print and in a lighter format for the web and social media.

Every show is different (booth size, number of angles, technique, presence during opening hours, travel). The price is therefore on quote : send me the name of the show, the booth number and the 3D views, and I will reply quickly.
